Design Build Construction Firm
Steve Cederquist is a general contractor and reality TV personality. He’s worked on the homes of many celebrities over the years, including such notables as Jerry Bruckheimer, Richard Simmons, and Tarek and Christina El Moussa, as well as films for Paramount Pictures and Steven J. Cannell Productions. And for three seasons he was a regular on HGTV’s hit series “Flip or Flop” before leaving to pursue and develop his own show.
In 2007, Steve founded the construction company Cornerstone Property Services. Customers quickly noticed his dedication, quality of service, and professionalism. He excelled on simple repairs and became quickly in demand for larger jobs. The company expanded from a one-man business to a full-time design build construction firm, which has served over 5,000 residential properties and has performed over 500 investment “flips.”

Steve’s general contracting expertise includes residential construction, commercial construction, and prepping properties in order to maximize results in sales. Steve also consults first-time “flippers” get into the market and understands the realities of flipping a home. He provides straightforward talk on the rights and wrongs with an investment property.
